Hair Plaiting
If there is one thing you need to learn in life it’s braiding!
Not only does it keep your hair out the way when you are laying in the sun getting bronzed.
Once you take the braids out in the evening you are left with soft beachy waves. Add your salt spray to tousle and keep your waves from dropping!
My favorite braid is the two Dutch braids. It looks stylish in the day and even better when you take them out at night!
There are many videos on, YouTube to help get you started. Get practicing and you will wonder why you haven’t done it sooner!
Just be warned if you get good at these your girlfriends will be constantly asking you to do them! I suggest charging them in cocktails!
Messy vacation bun
Is it just me, or are these the hardest to perfect? I love a messy bun on holiday, again they can look great day time into the evening, especially styling your evening bun with some beautiful statement earrings!
The best advice I can give you is to always have a strong hairband and kirby grips. Get your hair into the position of a ponytail, twist your hair around and grip it into style with your grips, TA-DAH!
You can then keep it nice and sleek with a hairspray or pull-down bits around your hairline to give it a bit more of a softer look!
It’s all personal preference, there are no right and wrongs of a messy bun! Play around with different styles and techniques.
