Not only will it remove all dry and dead cells from your pores, but it will also rejuvenate your skin and keep it healthier resulting in keeping wrinkles away! However, make sure you do not over-exfoliate your skin, as it may lead to bruises and rashes. Once or twice a week will do the magic.

And finally, stay hydrated. Water Water Water!

Drinking enough water helps the body to flush out toxins while giving you healthier skin. Studies have revealed that drinking just two cups of water can increase blood flow to the skin which gives it an even tone. Staying hydrated helps increase elasticity in the skin as it stays moisturised for longer. Heightened elasticity in the skin implies delayed sagging of the skin and no premature appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Make sure you stay hydrated especially in the summer. You should aim to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Your skin with thank you!
